Our Compassionate Expert

Dr. Marisa Kearney is Chair of Women’s Health and an Emergency Room and Lifestyle Medicine physician with over 20 years of experience. She has launched the Lifestyle Medicine Clinic at the Center for Healthy Living. Dr. Kearney's commitment to this work is both professional and personal. After her own diagnosis of triple-negative breast cancer, she experienced firsthand the lack of structured medical guidance for patients seeking to improve their health through lifestyle changes. This experience led her to become board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine, a specialty that uses evidence-based interventions—including nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and stress management—to improve outcomes, reduce inflammation, and enhance long-term health and quality of life.
